Among the first major middle-distance races of the season was Medyka 1 (Poland), organized by the Filiala Columbofilă Suceava. Held on May 10th, the race stood out both for its massive participation and for the high competitive standard.

As in every competitive season of recent years, the pigeon fanciers from the Moldavia Province once again pushed the Marathon concept to an extreme level, entering young birds over distances exceeding 800 km. In 2025, this practice was once again crowned with success, proving that the tradition of young bird marathon racing is deeply rooted and quite reliable in this region.
Under the coordination of the
