Viorel Florea, from Suceava, began racing pigeons in 2020 as a member of the Burdujeni Pigeon Racing Club. He is currently a member of the Phoenix – Suceava Pigeon Racing Club and races pigeons originating from respected fanciers such as the Gagea brothers, Bogdan Ciobanu, Petru Schirod and Marius Alexa.

The quality of his team, supported by careful preparation, has brought him impressive results in long-distance and marathon races, marking a promising journey in a highly competitive environment.

His achievements include 8th place in the county rankings for Extreme Marathon Yearlings, earned within one of the most competitive pigeon racing associations in the country. This placing reflects both the potential of his pigeons and the dedication with which Viorel Florea is developing his loft.
