VOIAJOR.NET processes the data of visitors, users, buyers and sellers for account administration, participation in auctions, intermediation of sales, records of bids and awards, issuing the Payment Note, collecting the price in the name and on behalf of the seller, settling amounts, invoicing its own commission, handling complaints and fulfilling legal obligations.
In auctions for pigeons belonging to third parties, VOIAJORULNET IMPEX S.R.L. acts as the seller's intermediary. VOIAJOR.NET does not organise or intermediate the transport of pigeons.
Depending on the relationship with the platform, the following may be processed: first and last name/company name; address; e-mail; telephone; account and login data; information about bids, lots, awards and transactions; financial and banking data needed to identify payments and settlements; documents and information submitted in complaints; technical data such as IP address, browser, device and logs; preferences regarding commercial communications; and other data lawfully provided in the relationship with VOIAJOR.NET.
Additional data may be requested from sellers as needed for identification, performance of the contract and compliance with tax/reporting obligations.
For individuals, this may include, as applicable, name, primary address, TIN/tax identification number, date of birth and other information required by law. For legal entities/organisations, it may include name, registered office, TIN/CUI, VAT number if any, registration number and other information provided for by law.
To the extent that DAC7 obligations apply, VOIAJOR.NET may collect, verify, retain and report to the tax authorities the information required by legislation concerning reportable sellers and their activities.
Data may come directly from the data subject, from the use of the account and the platform, from bids/awards/transactions carried out, from the other party to the transaction where necessary, from payment records, from registers or public sources where verification is permitted or required by law, and from the service providers used by VOIAJOR.NET.
Data is processed, as applicable: for the performance of a contract or pre-contractual steps; for compliance with legal tax, accounting, archiving and reporting obligations; on the basis of legitimate interest for platform security, fraud prevention, defence of rights, handling of complaints and improvement of services; or on the basis of consent where it is required, including for certain marketing communications or cookie-type technologies.
Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing carried out before the withdrawal.
To the extent necessary for carrying out the sale and handing over the pigeon, certain data of the buyer may be communicated to the seller, and the seller's data needed to carry out the transaction and exercise the buyer's rights may be communicated to the buyer. Only the data reasonably necessary for the purpose concerned will be communicated.
Data may be disclosed, as applicable, to the seller or buyer involved in the transaction; to IT, hosting, maintenance, security and communications providers; to payment service providers and banks; to accountants, auditors, lawyers and consultants; to e-mail/SMS or marketing providers under the conditions of the law; to ANAF (the Romanian tax authority) and other public authorities/institutions; and to courts and other competent authorities.
Carriers are not usual recipients of data within the VOIAJOR.NET service, because the platform does not organise or intermediate the transport of pigeons.
VOIAJOR.NET may process the information needed to identify payments made by buyers and to settle amounts to sellers. In the case of intermediated auctions, payment is collected by VOIAJORULNET IMPEX S.R.L. in the name and on behalf of the seller, under the mechanism described in the platform's Terms and Conditions.
If card payment is processed directly by an external provider, the full card details should not be transmitted to VOIAJOR.NET except to the extent that the actual technical architecture requires it; the external provider processes its data under its own terms and policies.
Data is kept only for as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected and thereafter for as long as necessary for legal obligations or the defence of rights.
Account data may be kept for the duration of use of the account and thereafter to the extent justified by transactions, complaints, legal obligations or the defence of rights. Financial and accounting documents are kept for the applicable legal periods. Data needed for tax/DAC7 obligations is kept in accordance with the applicable legislation. Data used exclusively for marketing on the basis of consent is processed until consent is withdrawn/the person unsubscribes, keeping the minimum records needed to respect the choice.
Deleting or deactivating the account does not automatically result in the deletion of all data. Data that is no longer needed will be deleted or anonymised, but information needed for tax, accounting or reporting obligations, transaction records, fraud prevention and the establishment, exercise or defence of a legal claim may be kept.
Commercial communications are sent only where the necessary legal basis exists. The data subject may unsubscribe or withdraw consent where the processing is based on it, and may object to direct marketing.
The website may use cookies and similar technologies for operation, security, authentication, preferences and, if implemented, analytics or marketing. Technologies that require consent will be used only under the conditions of the law. The cookies actually used are described in the Cookie Policy, and your choice can be changed at any time through the “Cookie settings” link.
If the technical providers used involve transfers of data outside the European Economic Area, these will be carried out only under the conditions permitted by the GDPR and with the applicable safeguards. The data subject may request information on the relevant safeguards.
VOIAJOR.NET adopts technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risks to protect data against unauthorised access, loss, destruction, alteration or unauthorised disclosure.
Under the GDPR, the data subject may have, as applicable, the right to information and access, rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent, and the rights applicable to decisions based solely on automated processing. These rights are exercised under the conditions and within the limits provided by law.
Requests concerning personal data can be sent to info@voiajor.net or to the registered office of VOIAJORULNET IMPEX S.R.L., Ineu, Str. Ștefan cel Mare no. 24, Arad County. To protect data, VOIAJOR.NET may request reasonable information to verify the identity of the person making the request.
If the data subject considers that the processing of data infringes the applicable legislation, they have the right to lodge a complaint with the National Supervisory Authority for Personal Data Processing (ANSPDCP) and to use the other remedies provided by law.
This notice may be updated when the services, the processing operations or the legislation change. The updated version will be published/used together with the date of the last update. If existing data is to be used for a new purpose for which the law requires additional information, that information will be provided before the new processing begins.
