Stan Daniel is a young and ambitious pigeon fancier from Tecuci, Galați County, Romania, who has dedicated his racing career to Long Distance, Marathon and, in particular, Extreme Marathon races, the category in which he has achieved his most remarkable results. His ambition, perseverance and constant desire to improve are reflected in the performances achieved over the years at county, provincial and national level.
Among the pigeons that have played an important role in building the loft’s impressive record is RO 0200919-2011, winner of 1st Place Extreme Marathon Yearlings – Galați and 11th National, as well as RO 0200935-2011, which in 2014 achieved 1st Place Marathon Old Birds, 3rd Place Marathon – Moldova Province and 8th National. Another outstanding performer is RO 668930-2015, which finished 2nd in the AS Long Distance Yearlings category in 2016.
The 2025 racing season brought further confirmation of the quality and competitiveness of the racing team. RO 2018689/2024 achieved 3rd Place Gold Yearlings with 36.67 points and 12th Place AS Marathon Yearlings with 266.42 points, while RO 0500941/2022 finished 2nd Place AS Extreme Old Birds with 98.43 points and 2nd Place Extreme Ace Pigeon – 2 Years with 81.30 points.
Behind these performances stands a high-quality breeding loft, built around proven bloodlines originating from renowned pigeon fanciers from Romania and abroad, including Moise Dinu, Bogdan Sorin, Sorin Iftimie, Roman Claudiu, Petrache Florin, R. Wijnands, Van Tuyl, Noel Peiren, Nicu Bărbulescu, Jellema, Hagenes, Frank Zwiers and C. J. Heijde.
