Gabriel Eană is a pigeon breeder from Argeș County, Muscel region, who has been active within the Union of Professional Pigeon Breeders of Romania (UCPR) since 2000, being one of the breeders with vast experience in pigeon racing.

Over time, he had to relocate his pigeon loft four times, but this did not stop him from achieving remarkable results, propelling him to the forefront of national pigeon racing competitions. His performances include 3rd and 5th place at the national level in the Young Bird Speed category, as well as other top 10 rankings both at the club and county levels.

In addition to traditional competitions, Gabriel Eană also tried his luck in pigeon derby competitions, although his participation was not consistent. Nevertheless, he achieved significant results at the Kascadorul International Pigeon Derby, where he placed 4th and 5th in the final, as well as 2nd and 5th in the AS Pigeon rankings.

The year 2021 marked a shift in his strategy, focusing exclusively on marathon competitions. In this context, his breeding loft was enriched with pigeons from renowned lines, such as those of Gerard van Tuyl, Wim van Houten, Nowen Paesen, Batemburg v.d. Merwe, Herman Brinkman, Menne, Wim Muller, Kipp & Sons, among others.
