Bogdan Ciobanu – Excellence in Marathon Pigeon Racing
Based in Siminicea, Suceava County (Romania), Bogdan Ciobanu has earned a strong reputation through dedication, rigorous selection, and consistent results in marathon pigeon racing. Over the years, he has achieved multiple National Top 10 rankings in the Marathon and Long Distance categories, won 1st Place in Suceava County in races of 800–1,000 km, and recorded outstanding results in international competitions.
His success is built on careful genetic selection, relying exclusively on proven bloodlines such as Jellema, Arjan Beens, Ko van Dommelen, and MG 430, together with one simple principle: only pigeons that have proven themselves in competition are used for breeding.
His management system focuses on endurance, fast recovery, and both physical and mental balance—essential qualities for extreme long-distance racing. His philosophy is straightforward:
"A pigeon that doesn't perform in competition should not be bred. It's that simple."
Through hard work, discipline, and consistency, Bogdan Ciobanu has built a loft highly respected by marathon racing enthusiasts, offering pigeons from proven bloodlines whose quality is confirmed by race performance—not just by pedigree.
