My name is Plugaru Andrei and I live in Vaslui, Vaslui County. I have been active as a pigeon fancier since 2010 as a member of the Vaslui branch, the year when results also began to appear (1st place Ace Long Distance, 3rd place Long Distance, 4th place Grand Long Distance, 21st place Marathon, and in 2012 the same pigeon achieved 2nd place Vaslui County Berlin National 1217 km). I am passionate about breeding long-distance, marathon and extreme marathon pigeons, an activity that has offered me many satisfactions and personal achievements over time, managing to remain every year at least in the county top 3. At the beginning I focused on long-distance races, later directing my selection and breeding towards marathon and extreme marathon, investing in established bloodlines from various breeders from Romania (Henning Family, Miron Daniel, Butucanu Stefan, Cordeanu Vasile, Fildan Vlad, as well as from abroad. Transportation costs (both domestic and international) will be paid directly to the carriers.

The transportation rates are as follows

• International transport: 250 RON (50 EUR) per pigeon, for deliveries outside Romania.
• External transport: 125 RON (25 EUR) per pigeon for deliveries from Europe to Romania.
• Home delivery: 250 RON (50 EUR) per pigeon.
• Domestic transport within Romania: 75 RON (15 EUR) per pigeon.

Pigeons will be delivered only to county residences, except in cases where the buyer's residence is more than 25 km away from the designated meeting point. In such cases, the courier will recalculate the cost and arrange delivery within the 25 km radius.

Meeting points:

• Supermarket parking lot
• Gas station parking lot

Meetings on the roadside, at roundabouts, intersections, etc., are excluded.

The courier is required to notify the buyer one day before delivery and again 1.5 to 2 hours before arriving at the meeting point. Upon request and for an additional cost of 5 RON, pigeons can be delivered in a cardboard box.

Delivery times:

• 1-7 days from the date of collection for deliveries within Romania.
• 1-10 days for international deliveries.

Working hours:
Monday - Sunday, from 07:00 to 23:00.

During transportation, the pigeons are considered the property of the courier, who is directly responsible for their well-being. If a pigeon does not meet clinical standards (is unhealthy or weak), the courier is obligated to refuse collection from the seller and immediately inform the auction site's management. Any issues caused by the courier will be financially compensated by them.
